What we access

Whop-issued IDs only, stored in our database: the merchant's business ID, and IDs for the payment, member and membership involved in a failed payment. None of these IDs are email addresses.

The buyer's email address and the merchant's email address are not stored in our database. We fetch them from Whop at the moment we need to send an email, hold them briefly in server memory, and send them on to Resend, our email provider.

We do not store buyer names.

Why we access it

We use this information to send payment-recovery emails to buyers.

Who processes it

Whop is the source of the payment and membership data. Resend sends the recovery emails. Supabase stores the data. Vercel hosts the application.

Selling of data

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Payment and sequence records (the Whop IDs, amount, status and dates above) are kept indefinitely at this time, with no automatic deletion. We are working toward an automatic retention policy and will update this page when one is in place.

Buyer and merchant email addresses are not stored in our database. They pass through to Resend to send each email, and Resend's own retention policy governs how long they keep a record of that (see resend.com's policies for specifics).

We honor deletion requests sent to hello@reclaimly.app; since deletion is currently a manual process, expect it to take a few business days.
